Bought a Condo home in 2004 for approximately $675K in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, CA.
Jenn was the third real estate agent I met in SF and the only one I continued to work with until I purchased my property. Being new to the country I had no idea how real estate worked and Jenn helped me navigate the market here, which is very different from where I grew up. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and very professional; and she was very patient with me, spending almost a year with me, at a time when properties were being sold within days of being seen. She continued to persist with me when others would have bailed. Jenn has great experience and knowledge about the property market in SF, which makes her a great real estate agent, this along with her genuine interest in helping people make her very easy and enjoyable to work with. Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $400K in South of Market, San Francisco, CA.
I almost never write reviews, but I had to write a glowing review for Jenn because of the absolutely herculean job she did for my very difficult deal. I think real estate agents rarely prove their worth, but in this deal, Jenn was worth every penny and more.
Jenn helped us in buying a short sale condo. This deal was so challenging that we were in escrow for 6.5 months before closing the deal. During that time, there must have been at least one potential "deal killer" situation every month. Jenn never got flustered, always sought creative options, and always negotiated hard to help us avert the crises. I can honestly say that without her assistance, the deal didn't have a chance of closing.
What makes Jenn unique among agents:
1) Always honest and sincere (very rare in this business) 2) Amazing calm and tenacity in difficult situations 3) Actually reads all the documents and filters most of the paper work on your behalf 4) Extremely responsive - she answers 99% of text messages and emails within 5 minutes. 5) Very knowledgeable about real estate process. Whenever something went wrong - and in our process, every possible challenge was thrown at us - Jenn always knew the best course of action and could assess the implications
I typically think real estate agents don't add enough value to justify the commission, but in this case, Jenn was worth at least double what she was paid. Our deal was not very big, but she still dedicated 100% to it everyday for 6 months. If you seek a true advisor and "closer" as an agent, I would recommend Jenn without reservation.…More Less

Sold a Condo home in 2011 in South Beach, San Francisco, CA.
Jenn has proved herself yet again. Jenn's integrity is impeccable, her knowledge on the market is exceptional and her patience is inexhaustible. She can and does think outside the box and is truly committed to placing her clients' interests ahead of her own -- which is a very noble quality that is rare among many people, especially in this very tough market, particularly for sellers.
My parents hired Jenn to market their home in San Francisco this summer. Unfortunately, buyers mistakenly believe they can buy their dream homes in San Francisco for a song. Not! Location, location and location. Quality, quality and quality. When you combine great location with exceptional quality in a lovely place like San Francisco's waterfront, nothing can be had for a song -- which is how it should be and is!
Anyway, Jenn was able to help my parents lease their home to someone who turns out to an excellent tenant.…More Less
