Bought a home in 2013.
I can't imagine going through the stressful process of buying a house with anyone more dedicated, available, and knowledgeable as Jenn and Sam. We couldn't have gotten our first home without their help!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Fairview, OR.
Hello my name is Seiji and I was a first time homeowner and seller. I was lucky enough to find out about Jennifer from my financial advisor. It's a good idea to find out if you work well with a realtor and that they are the right fit for you and I think from my first meeting I knew Jennifer was the right one.
In both buying and selling my house Jennifer was open, honest, knowledgeable, hard working and very responsive through the whole process. I could not have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Bought a home in 2012.
Jen and Sam, her partner, make a great team that helped me gone through a tough short sale deal. Jen took care of the documents and talked with other parties while Same walked me through the condition of the house like inspection, repair, maintenance, technical stuffs basically. They are very professional and knowledgeable most everything in the field. I knew nothing about real estate nor the process of purchasing house, specially short sale. They are very helpful to follow up and be very patient as we had been waiting for about 6 months before the deal closed.
After I moved in to new home. They still follow up to see how I'm doing with my new house. They stopped by couple times to drop some gifts to me. They're are very awesome.
I highly recommend them.

Jen and Sam were a pleasure to work with. I would certainly use them again in my next real estate transaction. They have a solid understanding of the needs of their clients and deal in a ethical and professional manner.

Bought a home in 2013.
I just moved into my first home thanks to the help from the super duo team of Jennifer and Sam. Being a first time buyer I was confused and I had lots of questions. On top of it all I didn't have much time due to my lease at my apartment ending and my crazy work schedule. Jennifer and Sam were always there for me every step of the way. One of them would always be available to show me a home I wanted to look at. They answered all my questions and did moutains of research for me. My home was a short sale home so they let me know what to expect and they never pressured me into anything because ultimately they really wanted me to be happy with my home purchase. Most short sales take around 6 months to close, they helped me closed my short sale in less then 3 months almost unheard of. They also helped me get some closing fees credits, which hardly ever happens in short sales. I'm not one to write reviews but I can't get over what a wonderful experience I had. Sam and Jennifer came to my rescue many times when I wasn't able to deliver signed papers or make deadlines. They were available anytime I needed them and were super quick doing research or paperwork for me. They worked like a well oiled machine and were persistent when resolving issues I needed their help with. Sam even drove out to the home before I made an offer, she didn't have to but she did out of the kindness of her heart, her drive literally saved me $13,000 off of my offer...no kidding. I have used other relitors before and no one has compared to the team of Jennifer and Sam. I know I'll be recommending them to everyone I know and of course I will enlist their help in the future if sell my home or look for another home. Don't pass your opportunity up and enlist Jennifer and Sam as your relitors, you won't regret it.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Roseway, Portland, OR.
I recently had a sale and contingent purchase that went beautifully due to Jen's and Sam's expertise and diligence. They truly make the client's priorities their own in each step of the process and are always returning to the client's particular needs. The pair balance each other to make a perfectly well rounded team; they have the mechanical, structural, architectural, and contractor knowledge as well as the legal, local, and customer service knowledge. In addition, they feel like family members within a short time, and this support was invaluable during what could have been an overwhelming event.
My situation was complicated by a divorce, a contingent sale, small children, and a lower price range. They must have shown me 40 houses in 3 different quadrants of the city, and I made four offers before a sale proceeded beyond inspection. Never did they seem put out by this challenge, and they continued to cheer me on and focus me during the more emotional moments. They work with fantastic tradesmen, and pulled in expert plumbers and contractors for every need.
You won't regret hiring Sam and Jen!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Montavilla, Portland, OR.
We feel very fortunate to have worked with Jennifer. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable thoughout the entire home buying process. We were away for a good deal of the negotiations and inspection period, and relied heavily on Jennifer. She answered or found answers to all of our questions. She recommended excellent professionals to perform all bid work and inspections. We had full trust in Jennifer to advocate for our needs.
In the end we could not have done it without her. Our broker bumbled some things as our closing date came and went forcing us to couch surf. Jennifer turned into miracle worker and negotiated with the seller for a pre closing move in. We were thankful beyond words. Because of all that she did for us, we continue to pass her name on to any of our friends who even mention looking for a house. You can't go wrong working with jennifer!

Jennifer was extremely professional throughout the selling and buying processes. She was extremely informative through every step of the way and was always available when we had questions. Then when we needed effective representation in negotiations she had the confidence and knowledge to represent us strongly to make sure we were getting a good and fair deal.
