They really went out of their way to understand what kind of house we were looking for, and guided us through our first home buying experience.
They know Portland well, and surrounded us with quality trust-worthy people - inspectors,contractors, plumbers, etc. They visited houses for us when we were out of town and sent us pictures. They were available for us almost whenever we needed to talk. The negotiating process was clean and we were more than happy with the outcome.

These ladies went ABOVE and BEYOND in every way. Jason and I are SO happy with our home buying experience. Since Jason lives in Bend and I work pretty much all the time, Jen and Sam were flexible with their availability to meet and made sure that communication was clear between all of us, as well as the other parties involved. They offered their honest opinions and advice but listened to what we wanted and were more than patient with us wanting to see the same houses several times. We got our first offer accepted, but bailed out after the inspection and they were very understanding and helped us through it. I'm sitting in my new home, so in love. SO glad we didn't go with other houses that we saw before and loving my new home more and more each day. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable- and fast! It's also nice to work with a TEAM- they get more done and offer 2 opinions and knowledge. These ladies are wonderful humans- great to work with- and they are SO good at their jobs. From our very first conversation I was impressed with Jen and Sam's Cordial professional approach. They came to meet us at our home, Sam sat on the floor and played with our dogs! Jen did a great job getting us listing info and setting up tours. Sam was all about giving us ideas about features in the homes we toured while keeping us focused on what we were telling her we actually needed. When we found the perfect place they walked us through the offer phase with ease! They put us in touch with Dan at Emerald Inspections (he is awesome). We made our offer repair requests based on his recommendations. The work was done and Sam & Jen stayed in touch and proactive the whole way. Signing and closing were effortless. I will recommend them to everyone I know! If there were 6 stars possible I would rate them a 6! I am looking forward to listing my old house with them.

We were given Sam and Jen's names by two other friends and I am SO happy we called them! From the very beginning, we felt as though they truly had our best interest at heart. They took time to get to know us and what we liked and didn't like. We never felt a bit of pressure to make decisions. They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the negotiation process as well as understanding the in's and out's of houses (ie, electrical, plumbing, structure etc.). We were first time home buyers and they explained everything to us and put it in terms we could understand. They are very personable and extremely flexible.
