Hi!  My name is Jenny Pulido, and I have been an Agent/Realtor for 2 years.  I service the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area as well as a few cities beyond the metro.  I specialize in Conventional Buy/Sell strategies, but in these tough economic times I have become an expert with Contract for Deeds and Rent to Own Options for families that do not qualify for conventional financing.

I enjoy working with people, and I was recently told by a prospective customer that I was the friendliest person she has spoken to in regards to her finding a new home.  That meant so much to me because it validated my idea of how I wish to service my clients and customers.  I believe in top notch follow up skills with my fellow agents, as well as for my clients and customers. 

During this shift of how the Real Estate industry operates I like to think of myself as a Realtor that thinks outside the box.  Within the law of course!  The sole purpose......to service the client and customer.  If I cannot service them according to their needs I will direct them to someone who can. 

I am always learning.  I will never say I know all the answers, but I can say I will get the answer for you!
