Jennifer did a great job marketing my home. There was immediate interest and frequent showings. I quickly received an offer and sold the home within a few months of the house going on the market. However, two days before closing I received the final amount that I was responsible for from the closing
attorney. It was $3000 more than Jennifer estimated and I was already taking a considerable loss on the home. This created an extremely stressful situation to get the additional money for closing.

The final payoff was $1500 more then we thought, and the real estate taxes, since they were not paid, had to be paid at closing ($1500). I'm so happy to have been able to help you sell this lovely property quickly!!
