Lehman effect on home loan???
The mortgage I have on my house is held by a Lehman Bros. company.  It's called Aurora Loan Services.  If Lehman goes out of business does anyone have any idea what happens to my mortgage?  I know I'm still responsible for it but I'm worried about it getting caught up in all that goes down with Lehman and payments not being credited and my credit suffering because of their huge problems.

ZILLOW CENSORSHIP

Response
Zillow is a company and therefore not subject to 1st amendment free speech rules.  Zillow can boot you out of here for any reason they want whether you like it or not, whether you think it's fair or not.

Learning from Others' Mistakes

Response
Other than the fact that you feel compelled to let everyone know that your husband makes a "healthy" six figure salary (when is six figures not healthy?) and that you have a couple hundred thousand dollars in the bank and so on and so forth I agree with you that living within your means and trying to capitalize on opportunities that present themselves is perfectly ok.

Presedent Bush have made the right decision for US citizens.

Response
The best decision Bush could have made was to go on a hunting trip with his buddy Cheney.  Unfortunately that never happened.

F the Bush Administration

Response
As for Congressional approval ratings, those are pretty much a joke since incumbents overwhelmingly get reelected each cycle.  Most people can't even name their own Representative or Senators but they see Bush's mug on TV every single day.

F the Bush Administration

Response
Well the latest AP-IPSOS poll has him at 28% but I'll spot ya the few points and say that there are a lot more than just democrats that don't like the way he's handling the nation's business right now.  Considering how he handled his businesses when he was a private citizen I don't know why anyone would be surprised by the way he's conducting things now.

F the Bush Administration

Response
"It's the Democrats 'Blame Bush' era"???  With an approval rating of 28% I'd say that more than just democrats are blaming Bush for lots of different things.

UN warns on food shortage riots.

Response
Yeah, nothing says buying a house like a food riot in Haiti.  Mixed bag all the way.
