Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Morris Plains, NJ.
This was my first time buying a house. Jeremy made the whole process painless. He was always very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and guided me through the whole process with ease. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable of the area where I was looking to buy and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely use Jeremy again and would recommend him to friends.

Jeremy goes above and beyond in researching locations to give you an opinion on dining, transportation, and schools in the areas of consideration. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in West Caldwell, NJ.
Jeremy is one of those realtors where calling him a "realtor" doesn't do all he does justice. He is a great friend, local expert, foodie, and an all around great person. He is a great realtor and amazing to work with throughout the home buying process. We placed bids on 3 different houses and each had very different negotiation points, Jeremy brought great perspective and help to each scenario. He was a huge help throughout the entire process and at each stage. I have recommended him to anyone I know in the home purchasing process.

We can't say enough nice things about Jeremy!
His responsiveness was the first thing I noticed. Jeremy answers emails and phone calls so quickly it makes you feel like you are his only client, even though I know for a fact he has just as much going on as the rest of us. It's very reassuring, especially in times of house-induced stress, to have someone of his caliber there to answer your questions and ease your concerns within minutes.
We were first-time home buyers and Jeremy was very cognizant of that from the first time we met all the way through to the closing. He explained everything as complete and thorough as possible- and even a second or third time if I was confused. We kept changing our minds between type of house and location, and Jeremy never seemed to mind. He just kept feeding us helpful information and listings with a smile on his face the entire time. He never batted an eye at anything, which is priceless in the home-buying experience.
As a local homeowner and landlord, his real estate knowledge seemed limitless. I'm more than confident we made the bets possible decision in working with Jeremy.
Lastly, his recommendations are ideal too. We used a lawyer and mortgage company Jeremy recommended, and we were very pleased with their services as well. In turn, we would 100% recommend Jeremy to absolutely anyone doing real estate business. I would especially recommend to young, first-time home buyers- absolutely can't go wrong with Jeremy!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Lake Hiawatha, NJ.
I was very pleased with Jeremy during the entire process of selling my mother's home. He was always on time for meetings, professional, and knowledgeable of the market. The property sold within two weeks of listing it. I was simple amazed. I would highly recommend him and I can't say enough about his expertise in the real estate field.

Jeremy helped our family find the perfect home in Morris County. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area. After house-hunting for over a year with another agent, we decided we needed a fresh start. Jeremy came highly recommeded from a colleague (and from our experience - we now know why!). We found the perfect home and were under contract within two months. He was extremely responsive during our search and helped during the entire process!

Jeremy was recommended to us through a realtor friend as an agent that would be great to work with in the Morristown area and we are so grateful that we chose him as our realtor! As first-time home buyers, we asked tons of questions and Jeremy was always patient with us and eager to respond. Jeremy was very relatable and was easy to talk to. He was very familiar with the areas in which we were looking and gave us tips about the various neighborhoods. His responsiveness to e-mails and phone calls was very impressive - it was rare for us not to hear from him on a daily basis (mainly since we asked so many questions and had a VERY speedy closing).
All in all, we are so thankful that we chose Jeremy to work with - he went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family as a central Jersey realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Milford, NJ.
My wife and I used Jeremy as our buying agent on our last home purchase and were very pleased with our overall experience. Jeremy is a well-organized, responsive, courteous, and adept real estate professional whom I would highly recommend. He was extremely prompt and responsive, familiar with the area we were looking in (Hunterdon county), and did an excellent job in negotiations. He also referred us for outside services (mortgage and attorney) with which we were very satisfied. Jeremy is an asset for anyone in the real estate market.
