Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Sabre Springs, San Diego, CA.
Jessica was instrumental in bringing immediate energy and excitement to my condo sale. Between utilization of her existing network, multiple media outlets, and execution of open house events there were multiple parties interested in purchasing my home. It had been quite some time since I last sold a home, and Jessica patiently walked me through the process and answered all of my questions during the sale. I would not hesitate to contact Jessica again should I have future real estate needs in San Diego.

Bought a home in 2013.
We were looking for four months with Jessica to find a home that would fit out family's needs. After relocating to San Diego in April of 2012, my wife and I were looking for a single family detached home that had a good size yard for our 2 year old to run and play in. Jessica helped us find that, we looked at between 20-25 homes before we found our house. Jessica made herself available to show us homes when we needed to, sometimes she would go with my wife if I was unable to make it, or with just me. If she was unable to show us a home she made sure we had an alternitive option so would not miss out on any chances. As long as she is still in the business we will use her again when we outgrow our current home. We would also recommend her services to our friends and family.

Jessica is the only person I would trust with my real estate needs. She is professional, personable, so responsive, trust-worthy and honest. Her flexibility is amazing; when we switched gears and changed our vision mid-way through our hone search Jessica did not miss a beat and was right there with us moving us quickly towards our new goal. It is a dream to work with Jessica. She'll be the person we turn to when we have a need for a realtor again. And we recommend her to everyone we know.

Found a tenant for a Townhouse home in Carmel Mountain, San Diego, CA.
Jessica helped us find a tenant for a condo we own, and did so in only a few days. She was very knowledgeable about the condo and very responsive to our requests and needs. She presents herself very professionally, and we highly recommend her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Poway, CA.
We absolutely LOVE Jessica! I contacted her through Zillow for a property I was interested in. Although we weren't quite ready to buy, she would check up on us every month, return phone calls and emails promptly, and she never pushed us to buy. Everyone else I contacted (realtors, mortgage lenders, etc.) took weeks to return my phone calls and emails and some just completely disappeared! After dealing with so much disappointments, I knew I wanted to work with Jessica. My husband and I both agree, it was, by far, the BEST decision we made in our process for buying our house.
Unfortunately our mortgage lender was awful, especially in comparison to Jessica. Although she was extremely busy with other clients, she still made it a priority of hers to hound him with constant calls and emails until he got the job done so we could close on time. It was such a relief to know she was always our looking out and fighting for us.
So if you need a realtor who is the best to work with, returns phone calls and emails the same day, and will find you the perfect house, then you found her. Thank you Jessica for working so hard to us our perfect home!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Prescott, AZ.
Jessica helped us find the right investment property in a 55+ community in Oceanside. We had traveled from Arizona and had a limited amount of time to search. She found just what we were looking for and we had an accepted offer within a couple of days of starting our search. She is always professional and handled our out of state transaction smoothly. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always prompt and pleasant. We felt confident in her ability to bring us to a smooth closing-which she did. We couldn't be happier.
