Did not respond to my inquiry in Beaconsfield, Brookline, MA 02445.
I contacted her multiple times to see the condo on listed on Zillow.
She never responded. It was a total waste of time.
If she is not interested in working, she should not advertize to above waste of time.
Sold a home in 2013 in Central Square, Woburn, MA 01801.
Jessica Ye is one of the best Realtor I’ve ever dealt with. She sold my condo within a few days of it being listed on the market and was only $1,500 less than asking price. She has a lot of selling experiences and is great with staging. The part I like best is her great negotiation skills to sell my property well above my target price. She hired a professional photographer to take amazing photos for my unit, which definitely helped with marketing my property. She even took care of the small details of selling a property that other Realtors may not do, such as helping me to install and obtain the proper smoke detector certificate and 6d certificate. The entire process was very smooth and hassle free. I would highly recommend her.
Sold a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Somerville, MA.
In all fairness, Jessica did sell our house in a very short time. But the whole experience was made way more stressful then it needed to be. Jessica did not follow through on most of what she promised to do when we first met her.
We had to write the listing as Jessica was too busy during the week that we put our house on the market. She never produced the promised pamphlet for our house. Getting Jessica to do anything or respond was like pulling teeth. If it weren't for her office manager Betty, we would never have gotten the paperwork done on time.
Negotiating-wise, Jessica's response was always, here is what they are wanting, and we should give it to them. She promised to take care of multiple things on the inspection without consulting us, and scheduled the CO2 inspection at the last minute, which if we didn't pass, the sale would have fallen through.
The part that really bothered us the most, was that the last time we heard from her, was 3 hours prior to the close, making sure that she could get into the house for the final walkthrough. She never called, texted, emailed or sent a note to say thanks for the opportunity, nor even that the closing went well, and our house was officially sold! She just took her $15k check and that was it.
