Bought a home in 2012.
I gotta say Jessie well deserves five stars for all the four criteria above. Her local knowledge is impeccable. By local area I meant a few districts of San Francisco since I only interested in looking at certain districts. She very well understand the whole purchasing process and provided very useful tips in buying your first house.
She is very organized and promptly showing the properties to me that fit my budget and need.
Her persistent and persuading attitude definitely is a plus on her negotiation skill. She got me the condo I need in two weeks.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $850K in South Beach, San Francisco, CA.
Jessica is an agent who is always on top of everything. What I liked most about Jessica was her ability to understand what I was looking for and then sorting through the inventory to find the right fit. Hence, we were able to zero in to the right properties quickly and close in a competitive market in a relatively short time. I would highly recommend Jessica for her local knowledge and for her ability to understand the customer.

Bought a home in 2012.
As a first time home buyer, I think I has been really nervous and anxious. There are a tons of unfamiliar things during the purchasing process, and Jessie was always the go-to-person to me.
She is
1. responsible and prompt : whenever i needed her, she was there and gave me a right direction and advice.
2. calm and rational : there are many moments of panic during a home purchasing process. She was logically explaining why it happens and what the problem is and held me what to do with her calm voice.
3. persistent and patient : One day she showed me one property in a new construction building, and immediately I wanted to buy that condo. Unfortunately it was under a contract with someone else, but she didn't give up. She called and emailed to the sales office almost everyday. finally three weeks later we were able to sign a new contract for the unit and now i am living in that new condo :)
I can recommend, actually already recommended, her to my friends, who is considering to buy a property in bay area.
Jessie is awesome.

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 in Corona Heights, San Francisco, CA.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jessie.
In short, Jessie's straightforward approach is matched by her capacity as a listener in understanding my needs and arriving at a solid deal. Her organization is impressive and negotiating skills are no-nonsense.

Bought a home in 2011.
I've recently worked with Jessie Lee and my experiences with her were very positive. She is knowledgeable, hardworking, and was very particular at making sure I found the right place for me. I would recommend Jessie Lee to anyone that is interested in finding a wonderful place to live in San Francisco.
This is my second purchase in San Francisco and I definitely noticed the extra work and attention to detail that Jessie provided versus the agent I used during my first purchase. Jessie first of all listened to exactly what kind of home I wanted...not wasting my time with homes that I would have no interest in. In short order, she found a wonderful pocket listing that was exactly what I was looking for. She followed up working diligently to make the offer and carry it through to contract and ultimately to closing. I really appreciate the fact that Jessie was always available to deal with any issue or concern that came up along the way. I know agents have multiple clients and listings to deal with, but I never felt that I was not a top priority for her. She is straightforward, responsive, diligent, focused, and pays attention to details!
My requirements were not easily fulfilled and I wasn't too hopeful that I would find a new home especially in today's sellers market; however, end of the day, the best testament that I can give regarding Jessie is that I am a happy owner of a new home.
I highly recommend Jessie to others who are looking for a new home in the San Francisco Bay Area!
