Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Mentone, CA.
Georgette was outstanding in selling my home earlier this year. Mine was a challenging situation involving a short-sale. Her knowledge of my options and personal care for my concerns went far above and beyond what I could have asked. Georgette put all the time and hard work into making the tough circumstance I was in into the least amount of worry and stress possible. I have, and will continue to, highly recommend her for all real estate needs. She was professional, kind, very committed.

Bought a home in 2012.
Thank you Georgette for an excellent job done and for being patience with me on finding the right home for me. Thanks for being proactive and camping overnight at the new home building site to reserve the lot for me while I was at work. In addition, thanks for being promptly and never pushed me in buying certain houses that we went to see in the past 6 months. I greatly appreciate your your patience and professional knowledge of the Inland Empire area. It was very nice working with you and your team. I definitely will recommend you to my friends.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Yucaipa, CA.
Georgette was pleasant, easy to work with, and she and her team were very efficient.
She helped us price our home right and her knowlege of the local market helped us sell our home very quickly. We would recommend her without any reservations.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Yucaipa, CA.
We have had three experiences with Georgette over the past 4 years - all three were excellent! Our most recent episode involved the sale of our home on County Line Road in Yucaipa.
Georgette found a buyer even before the home was listed. We had contacted her a few months eariler and advised that we would be ready to list our home with her in about 6 weeks, as we had a few minor repairs to do before we would feel comfortable showing the home. Georgette kept in touch with us every couple weeks only to be told that we had not progressed as quickly as we had wanted and were still a couple weeks away from wanting to show the home.
She contacted us again and advised that a couple she had been working with for a few months might be interested in seeing our home. Even though we were not “ready”, she asked we grant the potential buyers a tour. She assured us that they would be told that there were still things we wanted to do before we would be prepared to list the home. We reluctantly agreed.
They toured our home and to our surprise were ready to make an offer. We agreed on a purchase price and the sale and escrow proceeded without incident.
We are once again very pleased with Georgette’s professionalism and dedication!

We had the privelidge of working with Georgette recently in the search for our new home. From the get go, she took the time to understand what we were looking for, and made the time to schedule many home viewings when it was convenient for us. Thank You Georgette for a job well done. Your enthusiasm and professionalism produced results. We had struggled with other agents and you were the only one that brought us a strong buyer.
We had already bought another property and were very anxious to sell. She staged our home and made it look inviting. She held open houses on a weekly basis until it sold!
Georgette also sold another property for us in one week! She is a delight to work with and we highly recommend her services.

Bought a home in 2011.
Georgette spent 2 years diligently helping us find our home, She patiently persevered and we finally succeeded just this August 2011. If we have to choose the five star attributes of what makes a good Real Estate Agent , she is all of the following: (a) Responsive - always available and knows her resources, (b) She listens and learns her client preferences, (c) Knowledgeable about her area, (d) Very Patient , and (e) Committed in ensuring that our interest/investment is protected till the day we got our key.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Calimesa, CA.
Being a licensed real estate agent myself in a previous life, I can tell you that Georgette stands head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to the amount of time, money and effort that she invests into each customer and property. When some listing agents stick a sign in your yard, put it in the MLS and hope for the best (which legally is all they really have to do), she went over and beyond the call of duty in all aspects of listing our house. This included putting our home in a equestrian specialty website in addition to the ole MLS. She came in with her beautiful and stylish furniture and decorative items to stage our home in the most attractive manner. Since my wife and I both work, many hours, she even helped us by having a cleaning crew come in and make our house look spic and span clean when we did not have the time or energy to do so. She held multiple open houses and was johnny on the spot when we had a question or address any of our needs. Not only does she know and care about the needs of each and every customer, she knows the area and has a extensive knowledge in what it takes to get a home sold without turning your world upside down. Were very glad we chose her and will be loyal customers for life.
She has the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness that made our home buying process pleasurable and trouble free. We were very picky buyers, but she remained very patient and determined to help us find the perfect home.
The five star rating in all categories is well deserved.
Local knowledge: She was very efficient with out time. All the houses she showed us came very close to what we were looking for. She then uncovered a true gem that exactly suited what we wanted.
Process knowledge: When the inevitable speed bump occured, she was spot-on in resolving it.
Responsiveness: She's a busy lady, but always found the time to satisfy our needs, big and small. We counted on her and she never let us down.
Negotiation skills: I'm glad she was on our side. There is no doubt that we paid a fair price.
She teamed with us for months until we together found the perfect home. If you are considering selling or buying anytime in the future, do yourself a favor and call Georgette. She certainly earned our praise and respect. I'm sure she will earn yours.
