    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Gatewood, Seattle, WA.
    Julie's market knowledge and expertise are unparalleled. Far more important, Julie works with absolute honesty and integrity to accomplish the best possible outcome for her clients. Julie took the time to understand my needs - and they were unique and challenging. I had to first purchase a home, then move, then immediately list and sell my previous home, which was not in a prime area. A tall order, especially in a tight market. Julie made it all happen, with far better results than I could ever have expected. I moved into a great home at a great price, in a perfect neighborhood. Thanks to Julie's careful research and skilled marketing plan, less than a week later, she had my previous home sold at a great price.

    Julie is very professional, patient and trustworthy. This was my first time buying a home and she was recommended to me by an acquaintance. I was a little apprehensive initially because I was new to the process and didn't know her, but over time I came to really trust Julie and knew that I was in good hands.
