Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $800K in Fort Collins, CO.
From beginning to the end, in looking for a new home, writing a contract and helping through all the inspections Jim Hauan helped make the transaction go like clockwork. He also helped in finding us the right lender and with understanding the final closing documents and title work. We would not be in our dream home today without the help of his services.

Jim was on top of the process every step of the way! There was never any situation that he didn't handle immediately and professionally. I would use Jim. again for any real estate transaction I have. He is a true professional who knows his market well. Great Job Jim!!!
