My brother found Jerry and Rachel Hsieh online through this very web-site. We read the reviews from previous clients and that is why we decided to work with them. We decided to meet with them in person and were very impressed with their professional approach immediately. We found them to be extremely professional and highly experienced. In our first meeting they brought us a very detailed market analysis report. The presentation both verbally and written brochures were spot on. They educated us on the current real estate market. With all the information they gave us, and without any pressure, we were able to make our decision to put our mother’s home up for sale. They hired a professional to take several pictures of our home and we had multiple offers in less than a week.
Between my brother and I, we have sold over a dozen homes. Jerry and Rachel both have superseded beyond a doubt any work an agent has done for any of our deals. They are honestly the BEST in the business and I would be happy to list or have them help us find new homes to buy. You get top notch service from this agent couple

Excellent real estate team! They are very personable, attentive, highly responsive, detail oriented, and with fantastic negotiating skills. Their success is far from random; it is based on hard and methodical work. Listen carefully and meet client needs! Will not show you properties or guide to write offers that are above your budget, which several real estate agents tend to do. They keep clients grounded and within budget and needs. Jerry predicts the sales price of properties with almost zero error. They will even help you with recommendations of how to make your chosen property your own. I highly recommend this impeccable team!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Crestview, Los Angeles, CA.
My wife and I started working with Jerry and Rachel pretty much by accident. (One of the best accidents we've ever made.) We wanted to look at a property for which they were the listing agents, and although we didn't go with that particular property we did go with Jerry and Rachel.
They have a great email list that kept us up to date on open houses and available properties. Once we found a place we wanted to zero in on, Jerry helped at every turn. Working with them was like having a ace up our sleeve. Jerry was an excellent negotiator with perfect timing. In the end, we got a beautiful home for an incredible price. We will always be grateful.

Bought a home in 2012.
We purchased our first home with Jerry & Rachel's firm, through Jodi Barmash. It was three years before we ended up finding the right home, and through it all, they have been very knowledgeable and patient with us. They were all very responsive to any questions we had, calling back right away. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jerry and Rachel are phenomenal! They are very experienced and can help you from buying your first home to giving you a list of referrals to fix the home. They have been very helpful to us and I would definitely recommend them for their knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry. Hands down to the best realtor. We are very fortunate that Jerry was our agent in purchasing out first home! He showed us the ropes in updating our home so it felt like a breeze buying our first single family home in Miracle Mile :)

I've sold three homes before and Jerry Hsieh by far was the best realtor that I've ever worked with. I had offers on the home after the first showing on one house and before the first showing on another home. We sold one home at $33,000 over the list price and sold the other at the list price (minus repairs). I would recommend Jerry for everyone's home sales.

I chose Jerry and Rachel among several similarly qualified and reputable realtors because they knew my neighborhood best (Picfair Village) and in my experience, the best salespeople sell what they know. My house was on the market a total of 6 days, after which I received multiple offers, all of them at or above the asking.
Jerry and Rachel were knowledgeable, professional, responsive and above all, ethical. There were absolutely no strong-arm tactics, grand standing, over-selling or trying to obliterate the negotiating position of the buyer (who had her own realtor who had no problem stretching the truth in the presentation of facts and risking the entire deal by using cheap tricks and ploys, all of which are a total turn off to me). Instead, Jerry and Rachel do what all the best people in any business do, and that is rely upon facts and market factors like demand and available inventory, and draw upon their own experience in order to negotiate and close deals, including the one involving my home.
I will always seek out and choose people like Jerry and Rachel, and so should you.

Jerry and Rachel's staff (Nicholle & Amanda) were extremely helpful and attentive during the entire process from open houses to finalizing the sale of our home. Jerry and Rachel truly understand the market and the nuances of the Mid City/Pico Fairfax area and truly helped us get the price that we wanted for our home sale.
The entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. Without hesitation, I would recommend Jerry and Rachel to buy or sell your home.
