Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 in Squirrel Hill North, Pittsburgh, PA.
I worked with Jill to buy my first home in Pittsburgh. I was a first-time buyer, so I had a lot to learn, but Jill was great with explaining how the process worked, and she was always available to answer my many questions. Being new to the Pittsburgh, it was wonderful to work with someone so knowledgeable about the neighborhoods I was looking in. She gave her honest opinion about the homes I saw without being pushy. When I found my perfect home, Jill's good advice and negotiation skills helped me outbid another offer. I would definitely recommend Jill to anyone buying or selling their home!

Jill is respected internally by brokers and agents, as well as externally by the public.Whether you are buying or selling, Jill is the agent for you!
She knows The East Hills better than any other agent. Now second generations are asking Jill to assist them in finding a residence of their own. Jill takes the time to sit down and listen to your needs, assess those thoughts and sets out to provide the best experience (buying or selling) that you'd ever want to experience. Home buying is probably the least favorite thing I enjoy to do, but Jill made it enjoyable!

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $525K in Squirrel Hill North, Pittsburgh, PA.
Jill sold two of our homes in Sq. Hill--one in 2007, and one in 2008. She was very creative in her marketing approach and priced the homes to sell, not too high and not too low. Both homes sold quickly, and we were thrilled with the selling price! Jill is wonderful to work with--honest, trustworthy and dependable. We recommend her highly.

Jill is the most knowledgeable and professional real estate agent in the market. My entire family places our complete trust in her for all our real estate needs, whether we are buying or selling commercial, residential or investment property.
She also assisted us with a very favorable tax assessment appeal. Her knowledge of the market, off the top of her head, even impressed the hearing officer.

Jill's years of experience, knowledge of the Pittsburgh market and professionalism inspired much confidence from my husband and I when we were house hunting. Once we found our perfect house Jill helped us through every step of the process and was always timely in responding to our questions and concerns. When the bank was not going to have the paperwork done in time for closing, Jill took care of it and we were able to close. I have referred her to several friends and they hav had positive experiences with her as well.

Nice to finally meet a real estate agent who is honest and only guides you rather than pushing you in a direction. She came prepared every time we went househunting, showed me a variety of houses and locations, and then let me make the decisions. Very pleasant experience for a first time homebuyer!

Bought a home in 2007.
Jill helped us purchase our first home. She was incredible! We had crazy schedules, and she was very accommodating, meeting us at our convenience to show us houses. And she really knows her stuff. We loved and lost two houses in the bidding process (we didn't have the money to out-bid other buyers). Jill was always encouraging. she worked really hard to get us in a home that was perfect for us and in our price range. She helped us through the negotiating process but was never pushy. We love Jill and will definitely use her again if we ever decide to move!
