Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Clive, IA.

Jill kept in mind the qualities we told her were important to us in hiring a realtor and items that were important to us in marketing our house. These included the following:

- prompt communication - follow-up with other realtors after a showing for feedback - honesty with what to expect in the current market - finding us small ways to improve the sale-ability of our home - great photos and video tour - professional quality brochure - update market analysis when needed

She was impressive.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Ankeny, IA.

Jill is a true professional and eventually became a friend. What is truely unique about Jill is that she is an extremely good listener. Jill also goes way above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. For example I wanted to see a couple houses and called Jill before I even noticed it was snowing outside but it was my only day in town for the next few days. Jill did not even hesitate and we meet at the houses and spent a decent amount of time in each one. Even though I am picky and it was a long process finding a house Jill was always very upbeat and truely trying to understand what I really wanted. Then one day she insisted I look at a house that I passed on because the pictures were less than flattering. I immediately fell in love with the house once I entered it and knew this was the house for me. Any other agent would of never even mentioned this house again because I was dead set against it. The magic is that Jill listened and truely understood me and what I wanted but I could not find. She found it for me and i love the house and so do my children. I would reccomend Jill to everyone!!! Jill is a truely GREAT agent.  More Less
