Jim knows the east county market exceptionally well. His knowledge of the market and the best price point for our house was dead on. We had an offer four days after the listing went public.
He knew many excellent recommendations for trades to do any work required, and was always available for questions. He always responding to questions the same day or within the hour.
Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $250K in El Cajon, CA.
Jim stayed on top of our escrow even when his mother in law was dying in the hospital. Our property fell out of escrow and he had it back on the listing and a new offer for our full price came in a few hours later. Jim has the knowledge and he knows what he is doing.
Jim was on time, efficient and courteous. Our buyer had some hurdles to overcome and Jim provided efficacious information that resulted in the deal's finally closing. We enjoyed working with him and his staff.
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in El Cajon, CA.
Jim is highly professional, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I was selling my mother's home after she passed away and lived out of town. Jim took care of everything that needed to be done and only called to update or clarify a situation. His staff is very pleasant and responsive....felt like I was their only customer:-) BTW, this house sold in 4 days!!! I was stunned.
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in El Cajon, CA.
Our family got a job out-of-state with an almost immediate start date. We had contacted Jim over a year before we actually listed wanting to know how the process worked. We solicited other realtors at that time; he was the only one who came directly to our house. Once we were able to list, we contacted Jim and the process was handled smoothly and swiftly. After we closed he helped us get the stuff we left in the dishwasher the day of our move picked up and was even willing to to go and dump the trash left in the trash cans awaiting trash day. Jim is not only a transaction expert, but goes above and beyond what we thought was a realtor's call of duty. Thanks, Jim!
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $450K in Alpine, CA.
Jim is soft spoken, is easily available for questions and/or concerns, knows all the ins and out of the real estate market and accessing house values. When we first contacted and met with Jim we weren't quite ready to sell. He put a sign up "Coming Soon" and when we were ready to list it, it sold in 1 1/2 days!
I met with several realtors to determine who would be the best to help me sell our home. The moment I met with Jim, it was settled. I really liked his calm and professional manner. He discussed the details of my home in our first phone conversation. Soon thereafter we met and he came prepared. He had all the comps, he had decided how best to price our home, and he was obviously very knowledgeable about our community. The other realtors were not any where as prepared and didn't even ask about the condition of our home before they came to the residence.
He never seemed too busy for me though I know he IS busy. His office staff were pleasant, cheerful and on top of everything. I believe because Jim was so prepared and his knowledge of the area, we were able to get the best price for our home. I was impressed with his ability to take care of all the offers and without pressure, he let you know what your options were. He dealt with the other realtors impressively. Through the glitches he was professional, calm, and reassuring which was such a help to me.
I am now searching for a home out of San Diego. I've met with several realtors and wish Jim was working in this area. A excellent realtor seems to be hard to find! I highly recommend Jim. You can't go wrong.
