Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Palatine, IL.Summary:
Jim Holder was able to find a solution to our family's financial situation that allowed us to live in and purchase a home through owner-financing. Because of this we were able to avail of the federal goverment's incentive for new homeoweners.
