Very easy to work with. He's not over aggressive which is hard to find in real estate agents. He keeps a good contact and keeps on searching for the perfect property for me. He always finds the answers to all my questions and answers them sooner than expected. I'd highly recommend him.

Bought a home in 2011.
We asked Jim to help us find land that we could add value to and resell. He found us land in Meredith and said bring your boots. Well we got to the property and sure enough we needed boots to get onto the land, but once we crossed a small wet area we found a a beautiful site. Jim said the reason this property is so reasonable is that nobody gets beyond the wet area. All you need is a culvert and appropriate permits and that problem is gone. So we bought the land, Jim helped us with the permits, we roughed in a driveway and in less than three months sold the land and doubled our cash investment.
