Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Central Meadowbrook, Fort Worth, TX.
Jim is such a professional. I was very impressed with his negotiationg and promotoinal skills. In this particular transaction (commercial property) buyer was somewhat difficult but Jim held the deal together and really handled a difficult situation well.
He also help me in purchasing residential property in 2005. Everything went very smoothly - and will use him again if the occasion arises.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Grand Prairie, TX.
In my opinion Jim Parker is courteous, honest and extremely reliable.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a house. He is prompt in returning phone calls and emails, which is a big plus for me.
Some time ago I bought a house, Jim was extremely helpful, he also listed the same house when I relocated.
He knows the real estate business very well, and I will most definitely call him when I need help to buy or sell.
