Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Grayslake, IL.Summary:
Jim & Susan Starwalt helped me buy my first home in Grayslake. There were a lot of complications, changes and setbacks out of our control while I was on a deadline. Because of Jim's persistence and his ability to work with the seller I met my deadline and am now live in my perfect home. During the few years I have known Jim and his wife Susan, I have found them to be truthful, responsive, energetic, down to earth and proactively helpful. Jim helped me move a huge TV I won at a party many years ago before he knew my name.
Even now after I have been in my home eight months Jim has helped me rake my roof, prevented a leak and has answered other home maintenance questions. He has a roofing construction background that is helpful when determining the value of a home.
Jim & Susan both go beyond expectations. I recommend them without hesitation. They live, know and raised a family the Lake County area. They also know key players in real estate such as home inspectors, mortgage lenders, attorneys and most of my neighbors. They also use the media and signage to full capacity.
