Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Mundelein, IL.
**JIM IS THE ROCKSTAR OF REALTY!!!!!**From the very beginning, Jim showed that he was very unlike many of the realtors Id met before. He actually CARED about our best interests in buying a home....instead of shoving poor decisions down our throats or talking us into something that didnt fit our needs/wants. He has a wonderful personality, and was always VERY quick to respond. Helped me rent a Condo home in Grayslake, IL.
Jim Starwalt was a major help to me when going through a bad divorce and needing to find a nice place that fit all of my needs. he was very quick to get back to me if I had any questions at all. He was very professional and knowledgeable, I never felt any pressure to sign or settle for anything I was not sure of. Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Volo, IL.
We were new to the area plus first time home buyers and hoped to find an agent who was knowledgeable about the local area and market. Jim proved to be that and more. He was helpful in educating us on the home buying process and also made sure we understood all steps during our purchase.
