Jason Bowman, RE/MAX Elite, Cincinnati, Listing Agent July-November 2011, 961 Caribou Run Lane, Milford, OH 45150 Jason Bowman listed our primary residence in Miami Township, Clermont County, in Southwestern Ohio in early July, 2011. Jason presented us with a review of his services and the marketing strategy he would use for our property. His presentation was very impressive and we signed with him at the time of our listing but allowed some time to get our home in show quality status prior to entering the market. Within a couple of days he provided a professional stager(at no charge to us) to come to our home and assist us with what we needed to do to enhance the appearance of our home for the tough real estate market in the summer of 2011. He also hired a professional photographer to capture the true essence of our home on the listing sites. Jason was very patient with our many questions, e-mails, and phone calls at the beginning of the process and throughout the entire process. Once the home was officially on the market Jason and his team, especially Martina Schneider, kept us apprised weekly, of the web activity on our home and continually answered all of our questions in a prompt and courteous fashion. Their customer service was totally excellent! As we continued to have showings Jason kept us informed of all information regarding the follow ups and responses from the various people that had walked the home. Jason also seemed to work well with his professional colleagues and contacts from other agencies and his reputation seemed to be one of very high regard. Jason was always hopeful that we would be able to sell our home in time to purchase the condo that we were trying to own but he was also very honest with us about our market. Our home was in a desirable school district and in a newer community but we were usually competing with around 300+ homes in the same district within our price points. We looked to Jason for advice especially in terms of price drops and other strategies. We had many showings but it wasn’t until the end of October that we received our first offer, counteroffers, etc. He promptly presented us with all of the pertinent paperwork needed, electronically; it made it very easy to quickly sign papers that were needed. As we were about to sign a final offer that was at a much lower price point than we wanted, Jason called us and notified us that we also had received a follow-up offer from a different buyer, at a much better price point. He worked hard to work with the other agent to negotiate occupancy dates and other items of negotiation. Our home was sold and closed on November 14, 2011, and we also closed on our new condo on the same date. Jason and his team made everything run very smoothly. There were no glitches or unexpected issues. In fact the salesperson for our new condo even noted that Jason and his team were exceptionally easy to work with and on top of everything. We would highly recommend Jason Bowman and his team! They are true professionals, real people, caring, considerate, highly informed, and highly responsive and responsible individuals that give top-notch customer service. They also delivered, and held our hand, so to speak, throughout the entire process. They also calmed us down when we were about to panic and we developed not only a business relationship but felt as though we had also developed a good friendship. We are so thankful that we were recommended Jason Bowman and his team when we asked our financial consultant for a reference. In this tough real estate market, with all of our competition, Jason and his team sold our home in approximately 4 months, whereas many people may be selling in several years.
