Joe began his real estate career in March of 2005 as one of the Bean Group's first Sales Agents. With Joe's strong negotiation and sales skills, he quickly became one of the Bean Group's top selling Agents. Joe has consistently exceeded his sales goals since practicing real estate and is one of NH's Top 100 Agents in Sales Productivity.
In 2007 Joe obtained his real estate Broker's license and in 2009 he obtained his ME real estate license. Joe is dedicated and focused on developing long-term relationships with his clients. He uses his strong communication and presentation skills in order to determine the exact needs of his clients.
Joe is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Prior to the Bean Group, Joe was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a successful Seacoast family business. Joe is a native to the Seacoast area where he currently resides with his wife, daughter, and twin sons. Outside of the office Joe keeps involved in his community and enjoys golf, skiing, boating, and spending time with his family.
Joe is an active member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, New Hampshire Association of Realtors®, and the Northern New England Real Estate Network and is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire and Maine.
