I am a Baltimore native and have 30 years of experience in real estate related positions, as both real estate broker in Maryland and Florida, and  as a housing and economic development professional, working for State and Local government.
  I have an MBA from Loyola University and a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University.  The combination of my experience and education enables me to analyze market conditions so that Buyers and Sellers can decide how they can take advantage of current market opportunities.

Low interest rates have increased Buyer affordability.  Many Buyers want to purchase before interest rates increase.  However, in many neighborhoods there are few homes to choose from.  As a result, it is not uncommon for Sellers to receive multiple offers on well priced property.  This, in turn, has cause prices to increase in many neighborhoods.

Sold a home in 2014.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 in Riverside, Baltimore, MD.

When my fiancĂ© and I decided to begin looking for a house in Baltimore city, we were overwhelmed and nervous, to say the least. However, once we decided to use Judy as our realtor, the trepidations began to subside. Judy has this amazing ability, through specific questioning, to hone in on exactly what we were looking for and what would be the best fit for our lifestyle. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Perry Hall, MD.

Very approachable. After our first meeting she guaged what we were looking for and directed us right to a property that we ultimately landed up purchasing. She did show us different options before we made our final decision.
