Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $725K in Olympic Manor, Seattle, WA.
Jeff Menday sold our home in 2007 and went above and beyond normal realtor duties. He helped us make a plan to sell, kept us on track with the plan and actually worked along side us to help us complete the plan. He guided us through what can be a very stressful and confusing period of time. He helped make things happen. Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Fremont, Seattle, WA.
I moved out of state 3 years ago, but finally decided to sell my house last year. Not having lived there for awhile, I did not know one agent from another, and initially went with someone recommended by my property manager, who was pretty lackluster. When my 3 month contract was up (with no bids), Jeff called me out of the blue to ask if I wanted to list with him, and suggested that I stage it. Jeff (and Lori) were great for the whole process ! He staged the place, was aggressive in sending out flyers and postcards, advertised like crazy, and held multiple open houses. He answered my questions promptly in a straightforward manner that reflects his years of experience. Selling a house when I was several states away was stressful, and while I never even met him in person, my email/phone dealings with him and proceeedings made feel completely secure in being well taken-care of.
