Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Broomfield, CO.
Jody listened to our needs to show us only those listings within the parameters we had given her. As a result, she did not waste our time or her time showing us properties that would not fit our needs or our budget. A process that we assumed would take a few months to just find a home took only
seven weeks total from when we first started house hunting till we closed. She was very responsive to our needs and extremely adept at negotiating the final details of the contract. She is very professional and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to move locally or moving to this area for the first time.

Sold a home in 2012.
We worked with Jody to move out of a quickly-shrinking town house and into a modest, but much-needed home. This wasn't some sort of high-dollar deal - but Jody worked with us to find a wonderful home, giving us the same level of effort and responsiveness as if we were looking in a price range three
or four times our budget. She was able to give us an excellent perspective on the process during a difficult selling and buying market, and ultimately the home she found for us was not our initial first pick to go see - she had just worked to understand what we needed possibly even more than we did. The process was fast - only a few weeks due to the availability of the house and our buyer's funds, and thus there were many deadlines to be met in a short time. Jody never once left us wondering about a call or email back. We were well cared-for by her even beyond the sale.
