    Bought a home in 2012.
    We used Joe Bondar as our buying agent for a home in the Pikesville area, and found him to be indispensable. He is as knowledgeable of the area and the local market as anyone in the field. As such, he was able to offer us prudent advice and helped us determine whether a listing was fair, overpriced, or a hot deal relative to the neighborhood. He was always forthright and let us know when he thought a perspective house was not a good deal.

    Bondar constantly provided us good advice throughout the negotiating, closing, and move-in stages of the purchase. There are many important things that must be on the check-list of a first-time home-buyer, but are often overlooked in the chaos of of the buying process. Joe made sure we remembered everything.
