Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Saint Cloud, FL.
He's a great realtor and very responsive and knowledgable. We must have changed our minds 3-4 times on what we wanted in a home and he was very open and helpful. He kept the entire family in the loop and dealt with every transaction in a quick and professional manner. I would definitely recommend him and Kim to anyone need a realtor in central Florida.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Orlando, FL.
I am fortunate to have found Joe from a referral from my lender. I couldn't have asked for a more responsive agent to help with our home purchase. Joe cc'd me in every email and communication from the seller and lender, which kept me in "the loop". He was very knowledgeable about Orlando and steered me clear of areas I wouldn't have known otherwise to avoid! I will personally recommend him to anyone and hope he realizes how much we appreciate his professionalism and assistance.

Joe and Kim helped us all through the process and actually helped us look at homes off and on for a couple of years. They found the one we really like, the unique layout we needed and helped us get the price down to what we could afford. We wouldn't be where we are today without their work and expertise. They are a great team together!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Clermont, FL.
Joe is a great guy to work with. I told him the area I wanted to live in, he gave me an extensive list of homes and I found a home immediately. I appreciate Joe's honesty and his no pressure approach. Joe also found me a good mortgage broker when I saw that the one I had chosen wasn't working on my behalf. The result was instead of a delay in purchasing, I was able to close early. I am very satisfied with Joe and my new home. I love it more every day. I highly recommend Joe Oliver.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $50K in Lake Underhill, Orlando, FL.
I have already recommended Joe and Kim to several friends. They were very easy to work with and were ready at a moments notice to show me properties. My emails and phone calls were answered immediately. I had many questions and they were very patient and informative. I worked with Joe and Kim in 2005-2006 but had to suspend my house hunt and they were very understanding. When I was ready to resume my house hunt in 2010 I called Joe and Kim and they showed me a property that day. I will definitely call them for any future real estate needs.

Bought a home in 2010.
This was our first home either of us have ever owned and Joe and Kim both made us feel very comfortable throughout the home buying process, making sure that we fully understood everything. They The best thing about them is that they are not looking to make a quick sale. They will show you house after house until you have found the right one. We must have looked at 100 houses before deciding upon the right one. Secondly, their availability was great. They were patient with us and gave us their honest opinion as if they were buying this home for themselves, which we both really appreciated. We both have strange schedules and they were very accommodating to our needs. I can specifically remember submitting offers at 10pm because both of our work schedules vary everyday. Overall the experience was wonderful, I would highly recommend Joe and Kim to anyone. They were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and always had our best interest in mind.
