He advised too high an asking price at the outset, and when confronted with that question, he falsely blamed my husband (only one of us who actually met Joel in person) for insisting on the 'too-high' asking price! I finally re-wrote the description and we quickly sold it at a deep discount.
By the way, we've bought and sold many homes throughout the years and this is the first time we have never received a thank you note along with a gift of some sort!…More Less
