    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Apollo Beach, FL.
    Our experience was spotty at best. The description of the house we were selling was written poorly, and when I finally suggested changes and corrections, he snapped back defensively that I "should just write it then." He didn't seem to know what his staff was doing, and they surely didn't know how to write an accurate, appealing description of the property.

    He advised too high an asking price at the outset, and when confronted with that question, he falsely blamed my husband (only one of us who actually met Joel in person) for insisting on the 'too-high' asking price! I finally re-wrote the description and we quickly sold it at a deep discount.

    By the way, we've bought and sold many homes throughout the years and this is the first time we have never received a thank you note along with a gift of some sort!    …More Less

    Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2008.
    Horrible service!!!! His wife is very nice and helpful but Joel on the other hand let his EGO get in his way!!! Just to TOP it off he has a GARAGE SALE at our home after we had it professionally cleaned the inside. We only found out after the fact because neighbors told us since we had already moved out of state and after returning to the house months later found the garage sale signs they had used!!! I never heard when or if there were showings NOTHING!!! Please be warned ..... before we found out about the garage sale we recommend another military family for their services to buy a home... This was a young couple first time buyers.... Well lets just say they didnt do them any favors not explaining about flood insurance ect to first time buyers is a failure!!…More Less
