Although not from the Las Vegas area (Boulder City), I consider myself a native having lived her more than half of my life, over 20 years.
I enjoy spending my free time coaching my 2 boys various sports; soccer, baseball,etc.
I've always been into real esate and have had the privelage of being involved in the Las Vegas real estate market before we had the "boom".
I started my real estate careerspecializing in first time home buyers using the Nehemiah program and getting buyers into their house with no money down. I have held numerous first time home buyer seminars and truely enjoy seeing people achieve their dream of home ownership.
I still love working with first time home buyers and have moved into working with developers and billion dollar investors.
I am currently the REO manager at Desert Sun Realty, Inc., where I am involved with working directly with banks to list their REO (foreclosure) properties.
