Then he helped us to find a fabulous rental home, while searching for the perfect purchase property, which he eventually did find, help us negotiate for, and purchase. We are thrilled with our new home, and the price we paid for it. Essentially, John handled all 3 phases of our very difficult real estate situation flawlessly! John is intelligent, enthusiastic, honest and has a work ethic which I have not observed in many other people.
