Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $525K in Santa Teresa, San Jose, CA.
I first met John at an open house when I started casually looking at homes almost 2 years ago. John and I hit it off, and as I honed my list of "must-haves" and "nice-to-haves," John continued to hone his search for me. He stayed in touch through my early casual-looking stages, and continued to forward me homes of interest. Finally after keeping up the hunt for almost a year and a half, when I was finally ready to move to the serious search mode, John was quick to kick the search into high gear. After losing a bid on the first home I made an offer on, we shortly thereafter found the home that I now call my home!
John helped to push me on negotiation/offer strategy, and get aggressive when we needed to. As a first time home-buyer, I was pretty ignorant to the whole process. But, luckily, I had John on my team! He walked me through every step of the process, explained in detail the mountain of paperwork, and was quick to answer any questions. John also has a fantastic support staff that made the entire home-buying process quite painless.
Would highly recommend working with John!

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2009 in Almaden Valley, San Jose, CA.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $575K in Blossom Valley, San Jose, CA.
Overall John's knowledge of the area and real estate market were thorough. He helped my wife and I whenever we had questions and he asked us questions in a way that made us think about our answers. He was very precise in his explanations and information. He was never late for the many many meetings at homes that he helped us to look at. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking in his areas. I personally will work with him again in the future.
