How is this home worth this kind of money in this market...or any for that matter?

Answer
This is a truly unique property that is very difficult to value. Online (electronic) valuations like Zestimates can only discern values from static data like size, number of bedrooms, acreage, etc, they can't digest subjective nuances like this being a restored barn, etc. They simply take the input and compare it to other listings and properties in the given geography. The MARKET WILL determine, ultimately, what the correct value is based on the number of showings, feedback, and eventually what it sells for. A good Realtor will guide sellers through the process with a strategy designed to constantly measure those tangible market effects on a given property. Alas, some people think going it alone, and in some cases allowing their emotionally-tainted perspective on their property to guide them is most effective. The subject property has now been listed 7 times with a limited service company so the amount of actual marketing of the property and a specific strategy for getting it sold, as well as meaningful input from the "market" may be lacking.

I accidentally entered an incorrect selling price for one of my listings and I need to correct it.

Answer
No, once the status changes to SOLD you can't get into it anymore. THAT'S the problem and damn if I can find any way to get to to someone behind the curtain! I can't even find any place to report a problem!
