Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $675K in Ellicott City, MD.

We were buying a house from long distance and were worried if that would work out. John Koenig quickly allayed our anxieties! Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Sykesville, MD.

John was instrumental in helping our family purchase our first home, and he definitely made the buying process much simpler and in many ways delightful. His over twenty years of experience are evident when talking with him about all of the aspects of buying a home. He answered anything we asked from local information, options for purchasing something with more confidence, alternative things to ask from a seller, negotiation (price and post-inspection), and all of the individual pieces of information needed to close and complete necessary paperwork at closing. If there was an issue with any part of a home, John would have a favorable suggestion on how to easily have something fixed or warrantied, and he did a great job of making himself available at times suitable for us to look at homes.
