Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Rancho Buena, Tucson, AZ.
John is a consummate professional. He is highly knowledgeable and expert in the Tucson market. If you need a realtor in the Tucson area, you had better call John. Honest, direct, and a great sense of humor, John is a joy to work with and he will get you what you want. I would like to have John go anywhere I need to buy a house and serve as my agent

Bought a home in 2008.
John Everhart is an excellent agent and amazingly wonderful person to have on our side. Because of his efforts and persistance, we found our "Forever Home" and can't imagine living anywhere else. The community, neighborhood and house are a perfect match for us in every way. We would certainly hire John again if we ever have a need for his services. But for now, we are glad to give him the highest recommendation to anyone in need of a Realtor. When my parents are ready to move to Tucson, I'll make sure that John Everhart is working for them.

Sold a home in 2004.
John is the best agent someone could ask for. Scott and I are very busy people and real type A. We like someone super organized and on top of his game and John is that person! We are real-estate investors so we know the importance of a good agent. Not only does he know all there is to know about the business, but he knows his area inside and out. He returns phone calls promptly and communicates very well. Nothing is left unresolved with John. I have known him for 7 years and will never work with any other agent.

Sold a home in 2011.
I hired John a few years ago to take care of the sale of my deceased mothers hout and property. We thought this would be a "simple" procedure. John Came through with sellers for the house, unfortunately, with probate proplems, problems with the bank, John worked for several months with no return. I appreciated John greatly.
John took care of the sale of the piece of property. I live in El Paso Texas, so John was on his own. The family purchasing the property didn't speak english and John didn't didn't speak spanish. John made several trips th meet with Rodriguez family. Taking someone with him at one tim to help him with th language barrier. John is a very hard worker. When found out that he wasn't going to be able to sell the house (do to politics with the bank) John pushed on knowing that he was only going to make about $1,000 on the property. He went to the Rodriguez family too many times to remember to complete his job. This sale was a hard case and John Gravina came through with stll a smile on his face,

Sold a home in 2009.
We have worked with John for about 8 years. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. He has helped us to do both over the years. He is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. We have bought or sold about 5 properties with him as our agent. I have never been disappointed.
