Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I recently relocated to Northern Virginia. We interviewed several realtors and decided to chose Jonathan. We have bought and sold several houses before, so we already had alot of experiences with realtors. Jonathan was knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. He returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He had a thorough knowledge of this area, especially new constructions, which we were interested in. Bought a home in 2011.
My wife and I have dealt with many agents in the past…seven or eight if not more, and I must tell you, we could not have asked for a better agent.
Jon Bunn listened to our needs and concerns and he made sure we go our dream home. He is honest, responsive, extremely helpful and even after the home sell he was on top all problems and issues we had with the builder.
I wish there were more agents like him in this business. You can’t go wrong with him.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Sterling, VA.
Jon was a great buyer's agent. He kept on top of all the issues that arose and dealt with them without hassling me too much. He was very knowledgeable about contract specifics and exercised buyers rights provided in the contract to maximize my purchase. He stayed on top of all the necessary inspections and assured that the reports were organized favorably for my purchase. I would highly recommend Jon to assist buying homes in the Ashburn/Loudoun/NoVA area or anywhere he's willing to travel to work for you for that matter.

Jon has been absolutely awesome! He sold our house via short sale in 60 days and was very prompt in answering any questions we had along the way. I highly recommend him because he is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about real estate.

Sold a home in 2009.
Jon was great. He found as after a not so great experience with another Realtor and won us over. He was honest and upfront, priced our home appropriately and it sold. Had lots of patience and flexibility with us, as we had a 1 year old at the time and bent his schedule to match naptimes:). Would definitely use him again next time!

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $375K in Ashburn, VA.
Jon helped us purchase a new construction last year, but for 2 years prior he showed us many, many homes. He's a patient realtor, not pushy, and did a good job at steering us away from bad homes. He was able to answer just about every question we threw at him. We can't really compare him to other realtors since he's the only one we used, but that should speak for itself. We never felt like we needed to find someone else. We will certainly use him again when its time to buy/sell in the future.
Jon listened to my needs--because, at the time, I wasn't sure whether I wanted to rent or sell--and he immediately set up an appointment to demonstrate comparable rental and sales activity, advertising/marketing strategies and suggestions for the rent/sales option. His energy and passion for his work was obvious so I didn't think twice about seeking other agents. After my decision to sell the house, Jon had it on the market within 24 hours. That meant not only the MLS listing with several professional photographs (which he took!) and a slide show but also listings on the Zillow website and on YouTube. Seeing the listing on the web, my relatives and friends were equally thrilled at Jon's work because my house looked terrific!
This wasn't my first house sale so I somewhat remembered the process from the previous sale. Still I had questions and needed direction. Jon promptly responded to my telephone and email messages. He reviewed contracts and explained my concerns. He kept on top of the process, kept me informed and even threw in a few tidbits of information such as recent sale listings in my area. Jon is detail-oriented and very organized. He advised, suggested and recommended but never once did I feel pressured. He allowed me to make decisions without intimidating sales tactics. Actually as we worked together, I forgot that Jon was a salesman; instead, I noticed characteristics of a friend. His personality made me feel like he was working only for me.
In the end, after the papers were signed, Jon congratulated me and told me that we made a great team. I agreed. I definitely will be referring Jon to others so they, too, can be part of his team.
