Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Northeast Raleigh, Raleigh, NC.

Jordan did an outstanding job working with us before, during and after the purchase of our house. He interpreted our minds and had a better idea of what we wanted than we did ourselves, had a thorough understanding of the local market amd geography and put us into a great house. He did an amazing job on logistics and coordinating site visits while we were living in Philadelphia and driving down to view houses. Jordan is flat out the best realtor and kindest person we worked with. We spent a year looking and met a myriad of other realtors. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Durham, NC.

Jordan did a great job with the purchase and resale of our house rehab. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local area, identified a property that met our criteria, negotiated the purchase, consulted with us on rehab design and priority issues, listed the property, advised us on pricing, competition, and market trends, sold the property, and negotiated the sale. 99% of the purchase and sale legal technicalities were handled electronically.
