Bought a Townhouse home in 2008 for approximately $175K in Apex, NC.
Jordan Lee helped me find my wonderful townhouse 3 and a half years ago.I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process! He was very receptive to all of my preferences in regards to location, my lifestyle, house style preferences, interior design, layout, etc. Jordan knew which house I was going to fall in love with before I'd even seen it! He was eager to accommodate my work schedule which unfortunately consisted of our house hunting taking place after 6pm or on the weekends. He was efficient, attentive, and fun to work with. I will absolutely be contacting Jordan when it comes time to sell my house in the future!

Jordon helped my wife and I navigate the purchase of our first home. He listened to the features and price range we were looking for and worked tirelessly to find the perfect home that matched what we were looking for. He was the perfect advocate for us when working with the sellers, lawyers, inspectors, the mortgage company, etc. Knowing it was our first home buying experience, he did an excellent job of shielding us from the inevitable ups and downs of the process while still keeping us well informed as to the progress of our purchase. Jordan's service didn't end with the completion of the sale. He has continued to make himself available to answer our real estate questions and to recommend trusted contractors when we are in need of work around the house. I have and will continue to recommend Jordan and the Lee 3 Team to anyone who is in need of a realtor.
Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $200K in Durham, NC.
As a first time home buyer, I was a little nervous about my first buying experience. That was before I met with Jordan. I literally did not have a single worry during the process with him as my realtor. He listened to my needs and wants for my first home, and we found that home the first day of looking. Jordan will always be my go-to realtor, and I will always recommend him to my friends.

Jordan was excellent to work with. Since he grew up in the Triangle area, I knew he had the expertise and local knowledge to help me make an informed decision. I can't rate him a perfect 5 out of 5 on negotiation skills because after I settled on a specific neighborhood, Jordan actually offered to sell his house to me, which was located in said neighborhood. He offered the house at a price I felt was more than fair and I couldn't refuse - there was no negotiation. Needless to say I felt more than comfortable enough with Jordan to know he offered a fair price and that he wasn't selling his house to me for selfish reasons - it was in fact the best house for me, period. As part of being a great Realtor, Jordan is always up to date on the latest trends and what makes a home marketable even in a down economy - one of the many reasons I purchased his house. If you choose Jordan Lee as your Realtor, you will not be disappointed.
We have used Jordan two times in the past. The first was as our agent when we bought our home a few years ago. The second was when we sold our home in 2010 due to a change in job location. I would like to speak about our second experience with Jordan and give some context as to why I feel he is a top notch realtor.
In order to understand why I feel so strongly about Jordan, you have to first understand the mistake we made when we originally tried to sell our house. We tried to sell as cheaply as possible and used an agent that did the absolute bare minimum. They also charged an absolute minimum fee. All I can say is that, like with many things in life, you get what you pay for. This guy was hard to get ahold of, took bad pictures of the house, dressed unprofessionally, etc. We finally called Jordan a couple of months after being fed up with our first agent.
Jordan was on the job as soon as we called. His first recommendation was to bring in a professional photographer to get good shots of the house. There was no comparison between the shots the first agent took and the photos that Jordan came up with. The second recommendation was the one that I feel really helped kick start things. As difficult as this was, he recommended coming down on the price a bit just to start getting more foot traffic. You have to remember that this was during the height of the recession, so nobody really knew what was going on in regard with housing prices. However, Jordan's recommendation on the price was spot on because we started getting fairly heavy foot traffic. Even with all that said, the place where Jordan really shined was still to come.
After we started getting foot traffic, offers were soon to follow. We got a reasonable offer, so we accepted. Unfortunately, the deal fell through with about a week until close. If I remember correctly the buyers couldn't get financing or something despite being "pre-approved". This was a crushing blow, but Jordan kept telling us to just stick with the process. We did and soon we had two competing offers in hand. We accepted the higher of the two offers, and again shortly before close something crazy happened and the deal fell through. I was at my wits end, but Jordan just kept saying to stay strong and that things would work out. Little did I know how soon! He called the other buyer that had submitted an offer and asked if they were still interested and they were. They jumped at the opportunity and we soon had a sold house.
All I can say is that Jordan was a rock during those difficult last months of getting our house sold. I have recommend him to friends, and as it turns out one of my friends is currently going through the closing process with Jordan right now. Couldn't be happier to support someone as knowledgeable and professional as Jordan.
Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Five Points, Raleigh, NC.
Jordan and Lee 3 did an excellent job making recommendations on small repairs that would move our townhouse quickly. Impressively, they found a buyer for our second townhouse through the demand they created for the first townhouse. If we even list our current home we will definitely be going back to Jordan Lee and the Lee 3 team.
Bought a Single Family home in 2007 in Northeast Raleigh, Raleigh, NC.
Working with Jordan was fantastic. We were fairly picky with our likes and dislikes as far as an ideal home, and Jordan was diligent about showing us properties that met our requirements. On the drive over from Durham to Raleigh, he was personable and easy to chat with, but when it came time to look at properties, he made sure we were completely informed, guiding us to notice easily overlooked problems (poor maintenance, cracks, other subtle warning signs) and helping us keep both pros and cons in perspective. He was thoroughly objective, never offering an unsolicited opinion. When the sellers made confusing choices during negotiations, he talked us through every detail and option. In short, in a process that could easily become overwhelming, Jordan made us feel both informed and comfortable. Four years later, and we still think this house is perfect.
Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Apex, NC.
Jordan was ideal to work with. During the process he kept my wife and my criteria and wish list in mind. While viewing houses he was more particular than we were and helped us see things that we might not have noticed ourselves (i,e., summer foliage that blocked unwanted views that would be visible during fall/winter months or a hidden mobile home park hidden by a steep drive). I had used Jordan previously to buy my condo and the negotiation process had changed quite a bit. He helped us understand the new due diligence process. We also decided to put the offer in during a holiday weekend and Jordan was more than accommodating. Not only did he help us buy our current home, but he helped us figure out how to rent the house we lived in at the time. I would definitely recommend Jordan to anyone who is buying a house in the Triangle.
I have known Jordan for over 10 years and have had the opportunity to interact with him both personally and professionally. As a real estate professional myself, I have worked with hundreds of real estate brokers and it is tough to find a Realtor as helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable as Jordan. The fact that I have entrusted all of my referral business (as I have left real estate to pursue a full-time career in technology/software sales) to Jordan is a testament to his high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity. When I refer my friends and family to Jordan, I can trust that he is going to have their best interests in mind and ensure that their home buying or selling experience is a positive one. Jordan also has in-depth knowledge of the Triangle real estate market since he grew up in the area and has had the opportunity to work with homeowners and buyers throughout the area. I would highly recommend Jordan Lee and the Lee 3 Team to anyone looking for a Realtor in the Triangle area!
