Sold a home in 2010.
We built two spec homes and Joyce sold both of them in a very timely manner. She had numerous open houses at each spec. She is friendly, knowledgable and very professional.

Bought a home in 2009.
joyce went above and beyond for us. if there was not enough information about the house at the time of viewing she made sure we had any information we needed by the next day. if we looked at 4 houses a day or one a week she was always availabe. she never tired of searching for us she was determined to find what we wanted and she succeeded and we love our new home and are very happy, and love the neighborhood it feels like we have lived here all our lives.

Joyce assisted my Mom in selling her home that she owned and rasied a family for 60 years. My father passed away a year before so the family emotions were fragile. Joyce assisted us through the process with such compasson and kindness. She explained every step in detail and in understandable terms. Her expertise priced our home right on and the house sold within 3 months. We deeply appreciate all that Joyce did for our Mom and will always remember how she acknowledged that she was not selling a house but a loving home. Thank-you Joyce.

I would absolutely recommend Joyce Miller.
Joyce was our agent when we sold the parsonage for our church. I was the secretary and had the pleasure of working closely with Joyce throughout the entire process.
Joyce had a couple open houses and did a fantastic job of selling our property in what was a very tough market at the time.

We had a very specific area that we were looking for a home. Joyce was very patient with us and did not try and push for us to look in other areas. She is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and overall a Great Realtor to work with. I would highly recommend Joyce.

Bought a home in 2008.
Joyce helped my husband and I find our first home. We could not have asked for a better agent! She was so helpful in finding listings for us and helping us find exactly what we were looking for. She took us to countless homes and always had the answers we needed for all of our questions. Joyce is dedicated to her clients and always has their best interest in mind! I could not recommend her more highly!

Joyce was wonderful. She is very knowledgable and understanding. She took the time to explain answers for every question I had. She was prompt and considerate. She helped make buying my home, which is also my first home very smooth and always pointed me in the direction I needed to go. I would recommend Joyce to anyone and everyone I know to buy (or sell) their home!!!
I'm glad she chose to behave like this earlier rather than later. I'm assuming we saved ourselves a great deal of stress by not dealing with her based on our first interaction.
