Sold a home in 2012.
Over the yearrs, I have bought and sold 6 homes/condos/coops. I have tried selling with and without a broker. I have tried selling with a listing on MLS that I paid for, but actually I was the broker since the phone calls were forwarded directly to me. I have had good brokers, bad brokers, and just OK brokers.
In todays market, with prices as low as they are and still with nothing selling, Joyce Colletti sold my coop in 41 days at a price I was very happy with. She personnally called me every evening after a possible buyer viewed my apartment to give me "feedback". She showed me comparables and explained to me where we should be priced and why.
