Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
Jeff was referred to me by a family member to aide me in finding/purchasing my first home. Jeff and I initialy met to review what I was looking for in a house. Jeff quickly got my account set up to receive daily emails with houses that fit my criteria. From there and for the next several months, we looked at various homes, both online and in person. Jeff was very responsive to my emails, answering numerous questions and providing explanations in a very fast manner. Jeff was very accomodiating to my schedule when it came time to set up appts to see houses. I work during the day, so Jeff made himself available in the evenings/weekends for us to view houses. After finding a house and my offer being accepted, Jeff helped to guide me thru the various steps to finalize everything. I could not be happier in the work Jeff did for me and with my new home purchase.

Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $250K in Uniontown, OH.
Jeff helped us find our home in Green when we relocated from Michigan in 2006. He provided an outstanding service providing information regarding properties within our selection criteria, and was accommodating in getting us to see the properties we were interesting in seeing. He has often been available to answer questions for us, and has done this quickly and thoroughly. We have notice his excellent growth in knowledge and professionalism in the time we have known him. He will do an outstanding job for all of his clients.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Northwest Akron, Akron, OH.
First time home buyer, Jeff came recommended from an acquaintance. He is friendly, professional, and patiently took us to (I'm guessing) over 30 properties before we were able to close a deal. At no time during the process did we feel the slightest bit of sales pressure, and at all times he was happy to address our concerns with the home-buying process. In the end we got a home and price we are thrilled with. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $175K in Tallmadge, OH.
As first time buyers my wife and I had quite a few questions regarding the entire buying process. Jeff was very thorough explaining what to expect, how to approach each aspect of the home purchase and determining exactly what we wanted in a home. With his help we were able to find an incredible home within our budget. Several close friends have also bought/sold their homes through Jeff because of our great experience.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $150K in Wallhaven, Akron, OH.
Jeff did an excellent job selling our home. My wife and I were worried that we would be supporting 2 mortgages for quite some time given the market conditions. Jeff was able to get our house sold in a reasonable time frame and in the price range we were hoping for. We both highly recommend Jeff and would definitely use his services again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Stow, OH.
Jeff was always available to answer all our questions and address our concerns. This hasn't been the best market, but Jeff was always there to assure us that our special home would sell. My husband and I had a special trust in Jeff, and we knew eventually he would find a buyer for our home. Jeff's outlook was always positive, and gave us hope from 700 miles away!
It has been exciting to watch Jeff's knowledge of the Stow area grow while we had our house on the market. As well, his process expertise is expanding. I have no doubt in my mind that Jeff Pallack will be one of the future high sellers in the Stow area.
In closing, I would recommend Jeff Pallack to anyone selling their home. His reponsiveness to all our needs, his calm negotiations void of all panic, and his ever growing knowledge of the Stow area and the process to sell the product makes Jeff Pallack an exceptional real estate professional.
