Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Manteca, CA.
I had to find another realtor to sell my home and had come across Jim Patton just by chance. The home had already been up for short sale for nearly a year when I hired him. This home was on the chopping block and scheduled for foreclosure. Was unable to make much progress with the banks before Jim came along. He got the home sold in a short sale before the New Year . I dont normally write reviews but thought this was necessary, He did a superb job. Things were looking pretty bleak , but it all worked out . Thanks a lot to Jim Patton Century 21 M&M and Associates.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Turlock, CA.
Very quick to respond even when it was last mintue. Very good about letting us know what was going on.
