Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Mc Cormick, SC.
Is that saying "Southern Hospitality" she has it all!
We were looking for a home to buy we had an idea what, but no idea where but we had a budget to fallow. She has respected all our needs and she went above and beyond with her staff to find us the right home.
When it comes to negotiating she is the best, masterful, experienced, she gets what she wants for her clients if there is a way.
She stays positive and professional. She is an incredible businesswomen.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Johnston, SC.
Judy sold a house for me and then sold me a investment house that was a REO. She did a great job with the sale. I had used another local agent, but did not get any results. Once Judy took the listing thing happen. I got several offer and one of them matured into a contract that closed at a good price. Thing went smoothly and I did not have any problems. Early this year she presented me a property that has been taken back by a lender (she works with a number of lenders and has good sources for that type property) though I did not at first go an look at it, Judy stayed on me and once I did I immediately purchased the property. It was a great deal and she knew it would be something interesting to me.
She is a skilled broker and honest person. I would highly recommend her.

I purchased a commercial space from Judy in Feb/2011, the experience was great she really helped me out a lot. Her and her staff did there best to make the process as smooth as possible, they kept me in the loop and up to speed with the purchasing process all the way up to our closing date........... We have moved many times, bought and sold several properties and have been associated with dozens of real estate agents. Judy is the best of the best! She is very professional, knows the area inside and out, works to find you the best property to suit your needs. She made it her priority to find us the perfect home. Bought a home in 2010.
When contemplating a move to the country we researched homes on the internet. One of the first homes we were interested in was listed by Edgefield Southern Realty. After contacting Edgefield Southern we were introduced to Judy Pendarvis. She showed us the home we were interested in and she showed us several alternatives and raw land upon which we could build a home. While these efforts may be routine for most realtors Judy brought the process to life by bringing positive energy to the effort. We not only bought a home from Edgefield Southern we bought a complete lifestyle change. Our agent helped us assimilate into the community and provided valuable information on a variety of things from painting contractors to hay suppliers for our horses. Buying a home with the help of Edgefield Southern Realty and Judy Pendarvis was truly rewarding.
