James began his career in 2004 with a well known franchise in Cupertino, CA. James' passion for the Real Estate industry drove him to a successful REALTOR with a niche for buying, fixing and selling homes for profit. James has thrived in a competitive market, helping people reach their dreams and building wealth. Shortly after becoming a Broker in 2007 James opened a small boutique Real Estate company in Cupertino. The Market has changed, yet through his hard work and dedication he is building a great network of affiliates and investors to capitalize on the down market.
