Jonathan Petralia is a phenomenal agent. He puts himself in the shoes of the client and walks you through the process step by step. Sold a home in 2009.
Before I met Jonathan, I had most often found real estate agents to be too "sales-manlike." When my husband and I found ourselves outgrowing our house, a friend suggested I call Jonathan and I am SO glad she did! Jonathan is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Porter Ranch area, but he is also friendly and easy to get along with. The entire home selling/buying process was very comfortable because of him. Jonathan was able to market and sell our house in a very short amount of time with multiple offers during a very difficult real estate market. He was also able to understand our needs for a new house and make the home search process effortless; finding our perfect home and negotiating the right price. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone interested in buying/selling a home, and a must if interested in the Porter Ranch area.
