Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Fairgrounds, San Jose, CA.
Helped us with their guidance and knowledge in the process of buying our first home. Jagi was very helpful and prompt in helping us through the whole process making it a smooth one. We recommend them to anybody seeking to buy a home.

Bought a home in 2009.
Nomita and Jagi Shahani are hard working and helpful. They helped my family buy a condo in Mountain View a few years ago. What is truly great about this team is that they have been in the business for a while and yet continue to seek to stay cutting edge.

Bought a Single Family home in 1997 for approximately $550K in Cupertino, CA.

Kathleen and I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did for us in selling our property at 669 Barto Street in Santa Clara and helping us find a new home in Cupertino. Our relationship with you goes way back to 1989 when you sold us the Santa Clara property. We were first time home buyers then, and the market was very volatile. We know now, after going through the process of finding a home again, that we did not realize how much you did for us back in 1989.
You kept in touch with us for nine years. We wanted to sell and move up, but the market or our job situations were not conducive to a move. Still, during those years you took us out several times to gauge the market. Finally in 1997 we decided it was time and you really worked hard. We remember talking with you nightly on issues related to getting our Barto place ready and looking for a new house. Your advice on a wide range of issues from paint to schools was impressive. You were firm, keeping us on track, yet understanding about the amount of stress we were under.
The final push came in July-August, 1997 when we sold our house and bought a new one, all within thirty days. You were there every day handling details that needed attention, from home inspections to financing to counter proposals related to one issue or the other. We are settled in, and we truly love our new place. We wake up in the mornings and get a smiles on our faces when we realize where we are; it really feels like home.
Thanks again, and who knows, maybe you will help us with house number three someday.

Bought a home in 2012.
Nomita & Jagi helped us purchase a home in Los Altos, CA. We couldn't have done it without their help. In a sellers market like today, their deep experience was a critical factor in us getting the house that we wanted.

Jagi helped us work with our daughter to buy a condo in San Jose near downtown Campbell and Willow Glen. Here is a summary of his qualities
1. Research: Provided excellent summary of all like properties within the area. 2. Negotiation: Provided solid link between us and the seller's broker that resulted in a win win outcome. 3. Sold a Single Family home in 2004 for approximately $1.225M in Cupertino, CA.
Though they helped us sell our property in Cambrian, San Jose and buy one at Cupertino 8 years ago, they have not forgotten us. They constantly keep in touch and keep up abreast of the market conditions. They are more than just an agent, they walk you through the whole process, setting your expectations, based on the market situation, and making sure you get the house you desired without overstepping your budget. Nomita presented our offer in a very competitive market(I believe there were 12 offers) and the sellers had no doubts when accepting it. I would highly recommend Nomita and Jagi.

Sold a home in 2007.
Jagi and Nomita helped us buy and sell a $3m home in Palo Alto, during tough times, both when buying and when selling (7 years later). The first thing that struck me was their complete mastery of the process and the years of experience with dealing with curve balls (and there were a few), that came through very quickly. They were and are always on top of things. They are super, super efficient and get stuff done, make things happen. Initially back then, Palo Alto being outside their immediate area of practice and unfamiliar to us too, I was impressed by the breadth and depth of work they did to familiarize us with the market dynamics.
We were so happy with them that we even used them to manage our property while we were out of the country for a few years, and then finally sold it through them. The timing and price we got when we sold could not have been better and the negotiation process was masterful!
Finally, we've dealt with many agents over the years and the one constant with Jagi and Nomita is the integrity, honesty, level of trust and high ethical standards that they bring to the process. They'll work really hard for you - intensely always -- but no deal is worth them compromising their integrity. You'll always know that you can trust them, on either side of the table. "Them's good people", as they say, and there aren't enough of them in the business! It's just a refreshing pleasure to work with them.

Just thought you'd like to know that, that property is going through an extreme makeover as the buyer adds a second story so he can get an even better view of SF Bay.

Bought a home in 2001.
Nomita helped us buy our first home in 2001.
Before we met Nomita, we had more or less decided on a house to purchase by using online resources and visiting open houses. We met Nomita at an open house and asked her to complete our paperwork.
Nomita could have easily just done the paperwork and pocketed the commission. But she insisted we see some more houses and she showed us a few houses in areas and price ranges we would not have seen ourselves.
The result was that we ended up buying a much bigger house, with a bigger lot in a better neighborhood and still within our budget!! The house was listed above our proce range and so we would not have seen it. Nomita negotiated it down to fit our budget.
Over the years we have stayed in touch with Nomita and Jagi and become good friends. Both Nomita and Jagi are great people to know and great friends to have.
They will be on your side.
I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Sold a home in 2011.
Have listed condos with Nomita & Jagi in both cupertino and Los Gatos. The were successful for me both during the good selling years and the bad.
Have recommended them to several friends.

Sold a home in 2002.
Nomita helped us buy (1996) and sell (2002) our San Jose home. We had to move even before we sold our home and she took charge of staging and helping with the sale in our absence, which made it very easy for us.
