Bought a home in 2009.Summary:
Jeff helped us find the perfect home in Anaheim Hills. He was intimately familiar with the current market and had good insight into where the market was headed. He was more than accomodating when it came to setting up opportunities to view homes...and we saw plenty of homes with Jeff. We never felt pressure from Jeff to make a move on a house that wasn't the right house for us. To the contrary, he did a great job of helping us to identify both the good and the bad qualities of each house so we could truly be informed buyers and know exactly what we were getting.
When it came time to finally put the offer in, Jeff did a great job seeing the transaction through from offer to final closing. We would not be in the great house we are in without the help of Jeff. Sold a home in 2008.Summary:
Jeff sold our home in one of the most difficult environments in one month. He negotiated a very good deal for us in the house we purchased as well... all along the way managing the day to day minutia and staying in regular communication. We wouldn't hesitate to use or refer Jeff again.
