Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in North San Jose, San Jose, CA.
She was awesome. She answered all our questions, kept us informed, was on top of everything, did a great job of selling our house quickly for a great price, and at times read our minds. This sale was complicated by a few issues and there were a few hurdles along the way but they were no problem for her. If we ever have the need for a realtor again, we will definitely be using Jennifer!

Our experience with Jennifer was outstanding, she is very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. She understands and meets expectations and did a great job with our sale. She kept us informed of the progress and was always available, I would highly recommend her.

Jennifer helped us purchase an investment property at a good price. She response quickly and efficiently. Every step she took aims at solving the problem. You can always expect her answers in hours. The negotiation skills are really excellent, with the passion and consideration for the clients. Very impressive, highly recommend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Oakdale, CA.
Jennifer was wonderful to work with in my recent short sale purchase in Oakdale. Never having dealt with a Short Sale before, she walked me through the entire process every step of the way. Whenever I had a question or concern, Jennifer was readily available and always able to provide me with answers. I would recommend Jennifer to everyone I know (and people I don't even know), as she is the absolute BEST out there!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Oakdale, CA.
Talk about being lucky and finding the right agent, the relationship between buyer and seller must be someone who understands you and what you want. One reason why I contacted Jennifer Stasio via email was because we didn't know when or even if we wanted to buy something in the area, but due to the housing prices we wanted to see what was out there. So for over a year Ms. Stasio continued sending us updates and when we seen something we like we contact her and the rest is history. We feel very fortunate to have meet Jennifer professional and personally and we hope to remain friends. We told Jen what we were looking for she showed us 3 houses and the 4th was the lucky one. Previously purchasing a house was and can be a nightmare, this was the simplest transaction, no headaches, no stressing (at least on our part) we might of stress Jen out! If you looking for someone who will be honest and keep your interest at heart then Jennifer is the one for you. I feel that Jen went over and above as a agent.

Jennifer helped my wife and I successfully settle a short sale on our house in California while we ourselves have been living in Michigan. From the very beginning, her honest and consistent communication with us (all long-distance) made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. While the consummate professional, she also was very personable (even as thoughtful as sending my wife a Mother's Day card! =)). We're very grateful for the opportunity to have received such amazing service.

Jennifer is a very talented, personable, and knowledgable real estate agent. She assisted us with our short sale. Granted it took longer than expected, she did close the deal and had great follow through. It seemed like she never gave up no matter what obsticle seemed to get in her way.
