EXPERIENCE

Judy has built an outstanding reputation as an accomplished Manhattan real estate professional with a long list of credentials, accolades, and satisfied clients. While her awards and designations as a President's Circle Member, Board Certified New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) and Board Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) make her proud, her greatest reward is referrals and repeat business from loyal clients which comprise most of her business.

Originally from Oregon, Judy moved to New York after obtaining her Masters in Social Work. She spent 10 years as a Social Worker at Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital prior to becoming a 24/7 real estate agent - the best thing she ever did. Judy has sold luxury properties in all areas of Manhattan, particularly the Upper East and West Sides as well as Midtown. She serves a diverse clientele of buyers, sellers, renters and investors for whom she also manages properties, and takes full advantage of social media to capitalize on marketing and communication.

Judy resides on the Upper East Side with her husband, a retired Superior Court Judge from California. She enjoys yoga, opera, theatre, music and dance in her free time....

Ratings & Reviews

Really seemed to know her stuff when we first spoke, but then failed to respond when I was ready to act, despite multiple attempts to reach her. I finally went to a different realtor who closed the deal.

We connected, but it did not work out.

Failure to show for an agreed upon appointment is NOT good for business. Friday, 5/4/12, at 11AM, Brooklyn, NY.

Looks like RE agents these days don't know what they are doing.

Sold a home in 2009.

We first worked with Judy in 1998 when she was instrumental in helping us find, negotiate and gain board approval for our first apartment in NYC. Because I had been so impressed with her work and the pleasure it was working with her, when it came time to change apartments in 2009 due to the loss of my wife and remarriage, I immediately called to see if Judy was available. To my relief, she was. Working with Judy, we were able to define what we wanted in a new apartment. Judy handled the sale of our old apartment achieving an outstanding price (which continues to be reaffirmed by recent sales) and worked with the coop board to get approval from a particularly difficult board for the purchaser, particularly in helping with the preparation of the board package. Working with our list of requirements for a new apartment, Judy called with what she felt was the perfect apartment for us, which it turned out to be and within two days had negotiated the purchase. She facilitated the preparation of our board package and made the process as simple as it could possibly be. We have nothing but the highest regard for Judy, her ability, her ethical standards, her commitment to her clients and not the least, her engaging personality. She was a delight to work with and we do not hesitate to recommend her to friends.  More Less
