Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in N Sioux City, SD.
Judy was excellent to work with, when I had questions, and I had quite a few, she would give me the answers I needed without delay. Judy also gave me some great advice on the financing helping me get a loan that more than impressed me. I would definitely recommend to anyone that Judy should be the one to call first.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Sioux City, IA.
Judy is so persistent and driven to get what her client needs--she fought for us through a foreclosed house, which is a much longer and harder process, and made sure we got the home warranty. Something went wrong in the house after closing but because of Judy we saved over $2,000 because she would not let the home warranty go when she was bargaining with the bank!! She is always available, can text, email, and call anytime! I love Judy's motivation and optimism, as well as her professionalism and knowledge of realty. I tried other realtors before and none of them compare to Judy Sabag, hands down! She also helps out in more ways than she is required to-she's goes above and beyond what she actually HAS to do for a client. She's such a wonderful lady!!

strongly recommended. She helped us buy a house which is very good with good price. She took care every single thing that we asked for. Now we are so happy with our new house. She actually did a very good job.

Judy's a great Realtor! I'd recommend her to anyone. She helped us find the perfect home and in our price range. The process was very quick and thorough. She arranged all the appointments and kept us well informed of everything. Judy was very professional and honest and was always there if we had any questions. We are very thankful for her helping us get our dream home.

Judy Sabag is a very professional real estate agent. She searches for all information on any given property to relay to buyer or seller and always displays an insightful view of such property. She is very polite. She has very good listening skills. If she does not know the answer to any given question, she will delve quickly into any means possible and find the answer. She is prompt and does not keep a client waiting. She has an expertise of negotiation to arrive at the best resolution to any given circumstance in dealing with real estate. She is clearly one of the best Sioux City has in the real estate profession!
