I originally listed my home with another agent who wasn't meeting my expectations. My fiance found JoEllen online and saw that she came highly recommended. I was amazed that she sold our home in less than a week's time. She literally did everything under the sun to ensure that she got our house sold. I was impressed (to say the VERY least!).The most remarkable part of this whole experience is that she has not only become my trusted realtor, but she is also become a dear friend. I highly recommend JoEllen as both a sellers and buyers agent. I can't wait for our next endeavor. Now that our house flew off the market, it's time to find our next home!!!

Sold a home in 2012.
JoEllen was our agent on the recent sale of our house in Denver. My husband and I chose her based on her online reviews and a personal discussion with her. The other agents we considered did not hold a candle to her. She pushed the envelope on the listing price for our home but only after considering some very recent sales trends in our neighborhood. It worked. Our home sold in 3 weeks with two full price offers. One remained an actual signed back up contract until our closing with the buyer. JoEllen is like an energizer bunny when it comes to selling properties. She is also fun and manages to keep nervous sellers like ourselves calm and positive. Go JoEllen!

Besides being a tremendous Agent, JoEllen is a remarkable human being. My wife and I were lucky to bump into her. Her RE skill set is surpassed only by her genuine ability to care about her clients both during the hunt and after the close. As a first-time home buyer, I've come to learn this is trait is rare yet entirely critical.
Over the past 6 months, we together saw 75+ properties in 8 different metro neighborhoods. While most agents would be put off by this scavenger hunt, she made it great fun. Once we locked in on our target, she championed our cause and closed the deal favorably. Throughout the process, she made us feel like an an absolute priority.
As a NYC transplant and sales manger in the service industry, my expectations were high. We interviewed other agents, but immediately JoEllen soared over the bar. When it comes to linking people with places, she gets it better than anyone else!
I believe in JoEllen so wholeheartedly, that even if I had a family member or friend in the industry, I'd call her first!

JoEllen helped us with the process of purchasing our first home! The whole experience was quite the roller coaster ride and she was with us every step of the way! Her professionalism, knowledge and flexibility were all very much appreciated and I would never use anyone else to assist us with selling or buying a home! She comes highly recconmend in my book!

Bought a home in 2011.
JoEllen was an absolutely necessary part of my search for a new home. In a tough market, she stuck with me for 10 months until we found the right home, and then she helped me get it at the right price. On top of that, she always had great information about the direction the market was heading neighborhood by neighborhood, and sent newspaper articles and additionl resources to me so I could make a well informed decision. She was always upfront and honest and never sugarcoated her opinions when it was important. Additionally, she made sure to thoroughly educate me throughout the process on what I needed to know or should expect at the next turn. As a first time home buyer, I would say I had an excellent experience with JoEllen, and I would use her again in a heartbeat if I am ever looking for another home in the Denver area.

Buying a home for some can be like going to school. Sometimes it can be a royal PITA (like calculus!). But everyone has a school teacher they remember. Maybe for their witt ...maybe cause they could make even the most boring history book come to life! JoEllen is an agent along those same lines.
To start with things
Knowledge: Her knowledge of the area (highlands/sloan... ) is outstanding. And she will call out things that are wrong with the house even if it's your dream home (and if it's your dream home ..she will make sure she works as hard as she can to get it for you!)
Contacts: Then there is her rolodex. I swear she knows just about all the top quality people from roofers to structural engineers. We had some major inspection issues with the house and in 24 hours we had multiple quotes for each problem!
Work-a-holic: She knew when to be pushy and when not to be pushy and stand back. She will be laid back and give you as much space as you need. But when you want her to go in for the fight ... the sleeves come rolling up. She worked through Christmas even and NY's eve for us!
Shelter: I presume if we knew everything that was going on with our sellers and their agent screwing up the deal I would have doubled my alcohol intake. Instead Jo Ellen knows when to share what and when to keep fighting till the dust settles and she has concise info.
Personality: She listens! And she's open. And did I say she listens?
Meticulous: She's right there at the edge of the crawl space, taking detailed notes at inspections. When she says she will send you a receipt/copy it's in your email in less than 24 hours!
Humor: She can make you laugh even when your about to cry. Her light heartedness is truly one of a kind!
She has a permanent place in my address book!

Sold a Single Family home in 1967 in Sunnyside, Denver, CO.
Joellen is a consummate professional.
She is very knowledgeable with all real estate transactions, and excels at explaining and address the complicated aspects of the home sale/purchase. JoEllen on a number of occasions has exceeded our expectations in all areas. She cares about the people she represents and works very hard to protect their interests.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
SHE is simply the best and a pleasure to work with.
